True leadership is the ability to remain centered while the world around you is in motion. My journey is a continuous exploration of the peak, whether in the quiet of a meditation hall or the rush of a free-fall.
The Practise: Since 2018, I have maintained a daily practice rooted in the Art of Living tradition. Beyond the introductory Happiness Program, I committed to the deeper rigors of the "Sudarshan Kriya" and the "Sahaj Samadhi" meditation. Having completed multiple Advanced Meditation Programs, I have spent significant periods in absolute silence, training the mind to move past the surface-level noise and access deeper states of clarity.
Most people view meditation as an escape, I view it as an optimizer. Through years of silence and practice, I have developed the ability to reach a "flow state" rapidly. In the corporate world, this translates to high-speed decision-making without the cloud of emotional reactivity. It is the practice of being "fully aware, yet fully at rest".
The Journey: Travel for me is not about tourism, it is a test of endurance and human potential. I have pushed the boundaries of physical and mental limits through long-distance endurance motorcycling, completing 1,000 miles in 72 hours and 1,200 km in 48 hours.
The Insight: These journeys taught me that the human body and mind are capable of extraordinary output when anchored in the present moment. By "beating the map", I learned that efficiency isn't just about speed it’s about the seamless integration of focus and recovery. Whether navigating a complex mountain pass or a complex business transformation, the principle remains: maximum potential is unlocked when you stop fighting the clock and start mastering the moment.
The Experience: There is a unique clarity that occurs at 15,000 feet. From skydiving to bungee jumping, I seek environments where the margin for error is zero. The mental "pre-check" before a jump is a masterclass in risk management, ensuring every prerequisite is met so that when the door opens, the preparation takes over.
The Insight: During a free-fall, there is no room for the past or future. The body aligns, the hands move with intuitive precision, and the mind finds a strange, "peak rest" amidst the adrenaline. This is how I approach high-stakes professional projects: I do the rigorous "pre-flight" work of strategy and risk assessment so that when it’s time to execute, I can act with total presence and instinctive accuracy. This is what it means to truly feel alive: to be fully prepared and completely free.
I find my balance between the adrenaline of a skydiving from 15,000 feet and the stillness of a meditation mat which I call living in the present moment and enjoying the process.
